Who am I?

I’m a filmmaker, educator, and multimedia producer with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and a Master’s degree in Science in Learning Design and Technology. I am an instructional designer with a Video Production Certificate from Portland Community College. At PCC, Multimedia Department Head Erik Fauski called me a “one-man chop shop” — and honestly, it fits. I shoot, light, edit, design graphics, engineer audio, and handle post-production myself. My training in both cinema and instructional design means I don’t just make things look good, I build them with structure, purpose, and impact.

Originally from Los Angeles, I now happily terrorize Portland, Oregon, bringing big-city grit with Pacific Northwest depth. My documentary Voices in the Woods earned Best Editing at the 2022 Oregon Documentary Film Festival, and my music video Furious received festival recognition as well for Best Music Video. I move between documentary, narrative, podcasting, and on-camera work with the same energy: tell the story boldly, cut the fluff, and make it mean something.

When I’m not producing media or teaching, I’m exploring the forests and coastlines of the Pacific Northwest with my two bigfoot hunting German Shepherds. They keep me grounded. The landscape keeps me humbled. And my work keeps me defiant.
